WHERE ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

All our products are stored in the Victoria Australia from our store. Products listed as available to order are in stock and ready for dispatch.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping destinations:

  • Shipping to Australia is Free for standard shipping .
  • We ship  locally and to New Zealand 
  • Shipping to Australia is Free for standard shipping .

 

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 2  business days process & will  delivered to you via standard domestic shipping ( We use Australia post and Couriers such as Fastway and Sendle with tracking)
  • International orders take extra business days to be delivered via sendle we ship within same 5 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 

Shipping cost:

  • All orders are  free shipping for all domestic orders

 

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All shipments are subject to availability. 

Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless the products are on 'pre-order' status.

You will be notified of your order dispatch via email.

Due to our location, most shipping is completed through Australia Post and sometimes Sendle (Couriers Please, Fastway, DHL & TNT). If you are based in a capital city (except WA & NT), you can expect your order to be delivered within 5-10 business days after dispatch. Regional areas and WA & NT tend to take anywhere from 10-15 business days.

If you have a preference of the courier/postal service you would prefer, please feel free to email the team and let them know so they can accommodate. 

Please note: The delivery times stated above are indicative only. Once a parcel has been dispatched, Babylove Supplies  has no control over the delivery time frame, however the location of your parcel can be seen from the tracking information provided to you upon dispatch.

Shipping times may be delayed through external courier parties due to government imposed COVID lockdown and processes. This is outside the control of the Babylove Supplies team.

 

I need to change something on my order. How do I do this?

We ship items out very soon after receiving orders. So if you need to change something regarding your order please email us as soon as possible:

  1. Use email address contactus@babylovesupplies.com.au
  2. Write the subject as 'Changes'.
  3. Include your order number.
  4. Include the desired changes.

 

Payments

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than AUS dollars.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

We have a 10-day return policy for defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item , which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns  for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@babylovesupplies.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products nappies ). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items .Also we cannot accept returns for change of mind.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
